no you can't get any XP for that but you may follow them. So that you can challenge them and they are also.

No you can not get. You can only take the challenge or pass the lessons.

No, but I believe when you follow, many follows back. more followers mean more people see your code and your posts. that translates to more likes, translates into badges, translates into xp.
