How can I deploy a phone (game) app?

I will to deploy a phone app (android) with Java.
I tried with npm Cordova times ago. But I would deeper with Java 😅
What is the best framework, ide maybe someone has a nice tutorial already.

Write an app and send the .apk file to your phone.ta-da your app runs.
IDE recommended Android studio.if you are building simple game then you may not need any extra add-ons.there are lot of simple videos on YouTube.Just watch Udacity Android tutorials on YouTube.
