Why is everyone coding html and css

Question

I've noted most of us have codes in web yet there is few codes in Python, C, C#, C++,php, kotlin and java. Yet if you ask what programming language must i learn first most will refer you to either C or Python. can we coders out there share our codes.

already answered a similar question. other programming languages here use command line apps (terminal applications) few people enjoy them.
on the other hand web has graphics elements and it is visually appealing.
if it were possible to have gui for other programming languages in code playground, they would take over.
not the forget Web programming is relatively easy to use.
