Please i want to know if it's advisable for a web developer to depend on bootstrap and NDM.

Boot strap and NDM are like shortcuts.... So does it really matter if i dont create my website from the scratch....thanks

No, using those tools is a great idea. People use libraries all the time. So, don’t feel like you are the dumbest ( idk if that spelled right ) developer out there because you use libraries. They were created just for the perpous of making developer’s lives easier. AppleOS wouldnt be what it is today if it weren’t for Linux. Though, it may be open source and more of s platform than a library, it was still used to make one of the most popular operating systems out there.
