Please tell me, is that useful or right to have a job in "SEO" with programming & designing skills for building websites.

Actually, if You understand website as a construct and You have some skills, it is way easier to apply good SEO practices. Many webmasters are putting their websites align with SEO guidelines from Google achieving great results.

If You are asking the community for judgment - it can not be provided, because it is up to You and it is Your life. Anyway, it is admirable, that You are not limiting Your knowledge. Keep it up!

PS: If you have an SEO job, but You would like to be a webmaster, pursuit Your dreams!

I will do Job in SEO and i set my mind to become a full pack man which would have the knowledge of "web designing, web development, and SEO." I have much bigger goals for myself to get achieve them.

I don't think so that going in SEO job it will useless for me or i need to focus only one side(web development | SEO)

I've planned to have a job in SEO and side by side i start to run my own websites having some beautiful, knowledgful educational content which designed and developed by myself, and earn something from it too.
