I believe understanding JavaScript is a prerequisite to learning JQuery.

Maybe 70% yes because JavaScript is missing to add interactive to your webpage

I'm not sure what your definition of a well website/webpage is, but knowing HTML+CSS can get you pretty far in the page aesthetics aspect of web development. It can be tempting to skip over JavaScript in favor of the jQuery library (and for good reasons), but I would encourage you to understand both (and ECMAScript) so you're capable of getting under the hood and changing the spark plugs, per se.

You can!, But JQuery is not as used any more, I'd take the JQuery out👌🏻 But You can do it with just Html and CSS But your website won't have alot of logic in it, id Just say HTML, CSS, JS!😄😁😊
