sss There's no issue in creating a music download website as far as you have the proper rights from the artists and that's really costly.. On the programming part.. For making any website you should have the knowledge of Html, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and probably Bootstrap.. Some knowledge of playing with Databases..

Although even if you make a website which has Copyrighted material used without proper rights... It would be removed from the Internet by DMCA.. Also I suppose you would have to pay some fines.. 😕
