why mostly new programmers hate java..?

When I was learning Java and Python simultaneously, I really didn't like Java because the code used to very long. Which, in case of python was way short and easy.
But, Java turned out to very simple although of its lengthy codes.

It's kinda hard I guess at the beginning. However it becomes very easy, if you keep learning it sincerely.
