how do you know about the xp you get in a challenge? I mean on what factor does it depend?

@Jayden, currently has nothing to do with the level, it depends on the amount of experience the person has in a certain language. If you have more experience than you, you will earn a lot based on the experience you have.

It's based on the ELO algorithm afaik.
