I learn best, when I practise. When I'm learning programming, I made codes with the stuff I learned.

You cant expect to learn a programming language or other languages fast and easy. It will take time, and it will be a struggle. But as long as you have determination, you can learn. Way to learn in my opinion are:

books
camps
apps
classes
tutorials
