You can wrap Python apps written with sl4a or kivy with Buildozer, which compiles them to .apk (Android).
Try downloading QPython3 and see Android application examples there:

EDIT: Forget it... I just found out about PyDroid and if it is anything what they promise on the GooglePlay site, it's gonna be awesome! Can't guarantee, though, as I just learnt about it now:
