well learning coding means coding...
so you will need an editor (such as notepad++, vim) + compiler (such as GCC or cygwin) or an IDE which is both (+ some nice extras) in one thing like code blocks, eclipse, Microsoft visual studio

finally you need tutorials like you can find on the internet. code akadamy is also a good start...
