OOPS are higher programming languages which use ojects like Java or C# they are most likely most advance and easy to learn because they use english words almsot like saying a sentance. If you want to learn programming I would recommend you start with C# with Visual Studio IDE or Java with Eclpise IDE. Both are free IDE's. To understand more OOP just go through the SoloLearn Course. There you will make quick progress and learn it.
