Answer 1

1) Download the compiler (gcc, clang, msvc)
2) Download IDE (Eclipse CDT, NetBeans, KDevelop, CodeLite, Visual Studio, anything else available)
3) Set up all downloaded stuff.
4) Start coding what you want and what you can.
