well if you're asking how to get the source code for a preexisting website, on pc all you do is right click the page and select "view source" or "inspect element" and it will show you that pages html/css/js

if you're asking somebody to make one for you, I don't think this app is for that, look through some websites you like and instead of asking somebody to make it for you, try making it yourself first, and if u need any help, I'm sure anybody, who can, will help
