I can speak for Maven. I'd take a short youtube tutorial on it if I were you, but I love Maven. It operates off of a POM xml file, but most IDEs have built in support for it where they will modify the POM for you. but once you have it set up, it makes sharing your code a complete breeze. Most enterprises use it :)
