sololearn isn't like facebook or any other social media it is used as a learning tool. you grow as a programmer you will be recognized as a programmer by creating programs and helping others with problems that they are stuck with. don'tbe worried about followers worry about growing as a programmer

Rather than followers better focus on self improvement, learning and practise; you will not ask for them to come they will come for you if you do this.

Though followers don't matter as much, You should be as active as possible.
Give as great and quality answers to questions that people themselves feel of following you...
