Use Canvas. In the HTML course you can learn about canvas and animations.

Sorry, I thought I was in the JavaScript app. You need a While loop, a few pictures and a window. Tkinter or Pygame are great stuff for windows.

Start your code with defining the Width and height etc for the window.

Make a While True loop.

Make the loop load the pictures in the right order.

I've never used Tkinter or PyGame so i'm not sure if you need to define width, height etc.
