I have a question about Web Development.

This is not an advertisement but just wondering how do I like make this kind of website like the layout and stuff but I don't know how to add a background image I have tried it not sure how to do it so it doesn't have to be exact but I don't know how to start.

Tips:
Theres built-in fonts in CSS but you can find good fonts online

In HTML keep everything in a <div> set the background color and done

Design buttons.

Always use CSS and use JavaScript for interactivity

MORE:

In div set the background color different to body background color

Think outside of the box, a tag might have 1 purpose but you can use it as other purposes

Box is ugly IMO so try using border-radius
