What is the best IDE for python (visual studio?)

what is the best ide for python? visual studio is very bulky, but if it the best ide? it also installs Spyder anyway, so what advantages does it have over Spyder?

@Gayatri: do you understand what an IDE is, or are you joking? @josh: IMHO, PyCharm is the best Python IDE I've used so far. Type detection can be useful to find bugs sometimes, so I surprisingly use PyCharm a lot...
