frameworks are used in all kind of languages.. they are there to do the barebone structuring of your program or that kind of stuff.. If you use a framework, you cab call functions inside a framework to do the algoritme and setup of your program,, jquery is an example for javascript, like bootstrap for css/sass and spring mvc vor Java
