Which language should I learn first?

I am basically a beginner and I would like to build a really nice looking website.

learn c++ . It helps alot in understanding the basics well. This will put you in a comfort zone when you are learning other languages like c# ,Java etc

I see you people saying: HTML and CSS. But those aren't programming language. ahmmm
