What to learn? Where to focus?

As a beginner in the programming world. I wonder what programming languages should I give priority on learning that will help in my future career.

C++/Java For a beginner these are the best programs to learn. Java has tons of applications in the Android App development sector. C++ can, well, be used pretty much everywhere ^-^ C++ is a bit more complex but way more applicable. Go for C++ if you feel up for it. Just fyi, I started with Java first. It's easier to learn one if you know the other. On a side note, the program to learn first would actually be C, since it is the basis of almost all other programming languages. It's not available here on Sololearn unfortunately. If you seriously consider coding to be your job in the future, you should be well versed in C/C++ All the best. Cheers.

start with web devolpment cuz it is easy(html + css + javascript + php), and then c++ and then java and the as u like. aslo take a look after finishing a course here at codecademy, it is nice way to practice what u have learned. Advice: if u want to learn for job reasons, u will quit one day, so if u do not like it just do something else. do not force yourself to do it and waste your time. (good luck)
