Please i want to learn PHP to the core

I have always wanted to learn php.... I have downloaded lots of tutorial.... have seen some codes written by experts... I want to start from the scratch... I set my target at the beginning of this year... I taught myself HTML and CSS. I need to Learn PHP to the core .. Am devoted.... I will appreciate any advice, tools to download recommendation from experts or people who have gone far. Thanks
