Hey there G-one,
With SoloLearn it will be difficult to make an app, firstable because you don't learn really App development here and there isn't an ide for this, so you can't do on app with SoloLearn, just learn from an app development course and make your app with Android Studio, Flutter, xCode, etc..... :)
