That's no big deal.

For user interface just add a card view, than inside that CardView insert TextView on top(question), create submit button on bottom, in the middle you can use list of RadioGroups or Checkbox with TextViews(multiple choice questions). Use custom Toast or Snackbar to indicate whether answer is wrong or right, use soundpool or media player to generate short sounds(correct or wrong indector sound).

Use ArrayList to store questions and answers, if you found any difficultys than search for the each elements and widgets that i mentioned, you can find ways to use it.
