Appreciate you asking this question.
Have you tried enabling hardware acceleration?
Or else try firefox and do this.
1.Open Firefox
2.type, about:config
3.Just click I accept the risks
4.Then search for layers.acceleration.force-enable
5.Turn it on
6.Search for gfx.webrender.all
7.And just turn it on.
(The option will be showing false just turn it into true)
Voilà your problem is fixed.
If none the above solution helped then consider dual booting ubuntu alongside windows(cause you can install sololearn application on it which will run smoothly).
(Ubuntu 20.04 is more light weight that Ubuntu 20.10, but Ubuntu 20.10 has more features than 20.04)
