See if you are in the need of learning coding.. you should start with the beginners course!
Though first of all you have to decide either you have to go with frontend or backend!
If you will choose frontend then just start with html and the ahead courses you will know automatically!
If you are choosing backend then stay with any programing languages like java,py or any other in which you are comfortable!
If you want to know advantages of both then I will recommend to you to use any "search engine"(like Google)
And just some study about where you are going in future!
