If you are making app for the Android then you will need to learn kotlin. you can learn Java to make apps but Kotlin is a language choosen as the first class language for Android development by Google. 😊😊

After learning kotlin you can use software developed by Google called Android studio which will be used to make Android apps and it will show you how the app looks like I'm your pc itself.

But in order to run the Android studio you will require a minimum RAM of 4GB. The website says that the recommended RAM is 8GB
