Can anyone help me with this lesson?

Whoever wrote the ES6 lessons obviously didn't do his job well. I'm at the part where it talks about iterators and generators, obviously the lesson requires knowledge we haven't been given in order to understand it, so if someone could get me on the right path that would save me a lot of time.

Maybe you should use the search bar instead before you just randomly assume I haven't used the search bar because I did search for iterators and generators and no there is no answer for my problem. If you do think what I asked is a commonly asked question, then send a link of other similar questions, otherwise you don't help me.
