Nice job. I like: - The animation is pretty smooth. - The SVG graphics are very consistent and professional quality. - The progression to more frequent hazards on the road is important and you did some of that. Things to improve: - Faster progress would be nice. On a laptop with a mouse, it is nearly effortless to last over a minute with no crashes. Progressing to more frequent hazards faster would be nice even if you need to shorten the initial 1200 meters. - Increasing speed of the race car after a few seconds of game play would be nice. - You could make the other cars occasionally change lanes. - The "m/sec" speed unit is a little odd and something else would be more familiar. km/hour is common in Canada and UK. miles/hour is common in United States. Is there a country that commonly uses meters per second? - A more rewarding animation at the end would be nice after winning. Maybe you could make it look like the driver is waving his arms out the window or mounting a flag. Maybe there could be a finish line and people could cheer. - Illustrating the loss with an image or animation would be nice. The car could be shown with damage, smoke, or flames. - The loading time seems awkwardly slow. I wonder if there's some timed out HTTP request or something holding it up that shouldn't be. - Pretty minor but you could handle resizing the browser while playing the game better. For now, the canvas gets locked to its initial dimensions upon loading the game and resizing the browser causes the canvas to get cropped off instead of resizing. I didn't test but this might hurt the experience for a mobile gamer who changes the phone or tablet's orientation. - Responsiveness of the dialog could be improved for very narrow viewports. When I load in Sololearn, the "Start Game" and "Game Over" messages are half overflowing off the bottom of the dialog. Some CSS changes for very narrow, tall aspect ratios should fix that.
