HTML is the easiest part web of development. It's also very important because it sets the base for your code. You probably shouldn't move forward to other languages unless you are confident in HTML.
Also HTML is beginner friendly. The syntax is logical and forgiving. It doesn't throw errors if you mess up a little 🤭
