Replace color=white with

style = "color:white;"

To style in the html, you need to put it in the style attribute as a value!

Your choice ,I told what is right and sorry for that i dint corrected your mistake in font color.
You can add heading tags in head section but its not the proper place to put it

Cause you cant add h1 tags in head.h1 tags are for putting an heading,heading means u should not put them in head section ,use heading tags in body
