No you can't there are only three ways to do the same:-
1)Phishing (recommended) in this you are gonna send a malicious page to victim with. a php script embedded in it which will simply ask for victim password (they will give because you will ask like "Login to hack fb accounts" or "Win by logging in") when victim will run the page php will upload the credential to server
2.)Key logging :- you are gonna write a script and send it to victim which will collect all cookies and will decode it to get password this way is little bit hard
3)SE:- another phising but this time you will ask by any medium "Sir, Our bank started to filter malicious account could you please tell me your password or my boss will nearly kill me" that's all

at last please don't use this info to really hack accounts and the best book for hacking is Violent python you will be responsible for any breakdown not me its only for educational purpose .........
