Should I learn this two languages at the time?

I want to learn to program web pages, for that, I plan to learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Should I start learning HTML and CSS at the same time or should I first learn HTML and then CSS?

For web you can learn html CSS and javascript script together if you can because I have doing it personally.

If you want to learn any other languages together then it will create many problems because I personally when started to learn javascript with python so I was confused little bit. Because of this I stop learning python and I continue to javascript.
