I m doing graduation in Computer science.

Programming skills aside, you can always start by learning how to effectively express yourself. What company are you trying to get a good placement in? What are the products/services being offered by this company? In terms of these products and services, how do you think your skills can contribute to the company? The point is to be able to sell yourself as a valuable asset in the eyes of your potential employers. What I suggest is for you to look through the background of the company you plan on working for, and prepare for interviews by anticipating what you might be asked.
