It actually depends on what you goals are or your preferences. HTM, CSS and JavaScript are used for Web Delepment and Web design. JAVA is mostly used for android app or software applications. Python is used for mostly used data science and analytics but it can also be used for backend development. C and C++ are low level languages mostly used for OS development or near hardware application.
