How Is It That This App Is So Glitchy!!

I love everything about Sololearn except the fact that I can never use it without minor faulting or sometimes taking forever to load. I just had to back out and lose a challenge because the next question could not load. I have tried all the fixes with trying to delete the cached files. I am on a Sampsung Note 8 and had to use my wife's iphone just to purchase the pro version. I want to support the Sololearn developers but I find it incredibly ironic that an app that teaches you programming is so Glitchy. Keeps telling me there is no connection but my internet is high speed. Please reply if you have an suggested fixes or if this happens to you.
