Not really. If you open it before losing access, you can keep editing without access. But, you must regain access to save as it is stored on the server. During that time, you can easily lose the edits as the app might close or restart. I always select all and copy so it stays in my clipboard locally (I have multiple so additional uses does not lose my save.)
