Confused?

Question

I’m a little confused as to where to right my code. I see it says note pad but I’m confused after that. Should I have another website or program pulled up or is it like copy and paste from my notepad to the code playground on here ?

if you right your code in notepad and then run it it will open in internet explorer and you can use it.
