The lesson factory is available here where any user can submit any lesson of any course one it get approval then it will be publish and after completing some basic modules lesson any official course can be release

Although sololearn can add some official courses once it get ready but it might take time

You can share your suggest to include any specific language which you want to publish here if the number of user is higher for an particular course then that can be added in future updates till that stay tuned and learn by making codes in available language
