As I said to somebody who asked a similar question, nobody was born able to code. Yes, I agree with the fact that some people find coding easy but that's how everything is. There are so many programming languages and it's literally impossible to learn them all. So, my suggestion is to pick something that you like (websites, videogames, machine learning or anything else) and focus on the languages that you need for those. Study the basics of a programming language (use a book or websites, don't try to learn by yourself).
Once you learn the fundamentals, everything will be based on practice. Start coding easy programs and then start challenging yourself with hard tasks. Keep coding every day. That's the only suggestion I can give you. If your code doesn't work, don't give up because with practice you will be able to make programs that you can't even think about!

Also be curious, don't just learn the hot trending frameworks, it is very important to focus on things like design patterns since they don't change over night, they tend to be universal and carry over between different languages. Basically be serious about it, but also cut yourself some slack, it takes time to learn to code and while it gets easier over time the learnig never ends.

Practice.
I'm not great but there's a lot I've learned how to do just through a lot of coding and testing.
