Are you using SoloLearn mobile app or website? as I recall, in app we can see comments section at the bottom of lesson page.

In the lesson page, there's a button titled COMMENTS to the left of the CONTINUE button, tap on it and it will slide up the comments section. To write a comment tap the green button titled "+".

It might not be available if user account hasn't been verified, and (probably) one needs to reach a certain level before they can write comments.
