May be the other challenger is low level therefore if you win the challenge you will get only 1 xp ,

i can't understand your issue .. do you mean that your xp didn't appear in the result screen or didn't added to your exp in profile ?

Strange perhaps you could screen shot the result and send it ok but also have you check if you opponent have completed it.

i understand what you mean, go to your profile and check if you did win,
2. take a screen short of your current xps then after each challenge won,or drawn check how many points you got then add them to your xps.
3. each time you lose a challenge
points are deducted from you so most probably marks were taken after a loss.
4. after every challenge is a summary, take time to check it out that is where you know whethér you got any points or your points paid someone else,.
lastly dont lose hope i always when i lose to a person of a lower level get 32 points deducted yet i only get 1 point from them, but well that is some of the things that make sololearn so interesting. good luck next time

if you win the challenge and it says how much you should get you should get it. if it doesn’t show up, then its probably a glitch. if its a draw i have no clue what happens.
