After many years... where do i start?

Hello SoloLearn community

i'm working as a developer for a CallCenter for 6 years now and i don't feel so good.

I design a lot of applications which allow my company to manage datas such as customer's contracts, employee's shedules, etc

But after 6 years i'm tired of this, my boss just wan't usefull softwares, he doesn't care about quality, the deadlines are always shorts so i don't have time to practice new technology and i don't use frameworks neither.

I need to wake up and learn everithing i missed the past years but WEB Dev have changed a lot and i don't know where to start...

do you guys have some advices for me? Some exercices to help me progress?
