You can use ScreenMirroring or ScreenSharing, if your phone has this and you have a px with win 10. Another way is installing an android emulator, register with google account and make a backup of all your data. Without installing an app is almost impossible, because your pc and phone don't have hardware and software compatibility, totally different. So you need to make a bridge between them.
