What should I learn in Java to get into the job market?

I'm wondering what to learn so I can get a job as a Java programmer.

You will need to go thought interview and your attitude matters also

By attitude, I mean both how to handle challenging problem and your ability to learn new thing.

If everytime you met a problem you ask for help, no hirer will want a counterproductive staff like this. You have to learn to self learn.
