i want to learn how to develop the website . for this is html is enough for this

Depending on the content of your website. If you just want to display a text, image, table, or something simple, you will be fine. I
Otherwise I think you will need a little bit knowledge of CSS and JS too, besides it is easyer with them.
I would recommend to start with HTML and then learn CSS and JS untill you know enough for your website, a little bit of them is also included at the HTML course from SoloLearn, I think.
