How or where do people find or learn hexadecimal

Recently i've been seeing a lot of codes that have hexadecimals in them like: https://code.sololearn.com/c95sIgY3M80I/?ref=app https://code.sololearn.com/cvZSvPRl7gmz/?ref=app

Zeke, I think that's something you just have to practice, old school! Take random numbers and translate them in your head, both ways. Start with small numbers, work your way up. If you have Python on your phone (for example Pydroid3) you can easily generate these numbers on the fly. You could also write a little quiz game that tests you with random numbers.
