Hi Chockalingam, AS is used to set CUSTOM NAMES. Which may help us to present information in a better manner. Example: Table_name=Lactobacillusacidophillus
Now we set a custom name to the table using "AS" keyword. Table_name=Lactobacillusacidophillus AS "A good Bacteria. It is like rename the column. Do not get confused. Hope this helps. If not sorry. Thank you. Be Happy and continue learning.
